Gin Geranium (70cl)

Geranium Gin is a gin distilled in a copper still using traditional British methods, with geranium as its distinctive botanical. Alongside juniper, angelica root and lemon peel, it creates a complex but harmonious structure. The nose is delicately floral, with sweet, slightly citrus notes followed by geranium. On the palate it is balanced, opening to fresh flavours with a slightly spicy finish. It can be enjoyed chilled on its own or used in refined cocktails.
