Gin Goa is a premium gin presented in a 70cl bottle, distilled in small batches using selected ingredients including rare oriental herbs and exotic spices.
Its aromatic profile is distinctive and complex, with citrus and spice notes led by cardamom, alongside lemon and pepper. On the palate it is soft yet vibrant, with coriander and pink pepper balanced by almond and vanilla. The finish is long and pleasantly complex, with a lightly spicy aftertaste.
It can be used for refined cocktails or enjoyed neat, perhaps with a slice of lime to highlight its citrus qualities.
