Gin Himbrimi (50cl)

A gin made in small quantities using Icelandic spring water and natural ingredients, with no additives or colourings. Traditional and local botanicals include juniper berries, angelica root and Icelandic heather. It is distilled in copper stills using traditional methods. The nose is aromatic, with dominant juniper and wildflower notes. On the palate it is soft and balanced, moving from sweet-bitter aromatic herbs to a menthol freshness that leaves a clean sensation.
