Gin Isle of Raasay Hebridean (70cl)

A gin from the Isle of Raasay distillery, made with hand-picked juniper berries, aromatic herbs and botanicals inspired by the local flora of the Hebrides. It is distilled using locally selected ingredients and the distillery emphasises sustainability and respect for the surrounding environment. On the palate it opens with fresh, lightly floral notes, moves to a rich, slightly spicy heart, and finishes long and soft with an earthy aftertaste; the texture is smooth and velvety.
