A limited-quantity artisan gin made with traditional botanicals including juniper, coriander and citrus peel, alongside rose and butterfly pea flower, which gives it a blue colour.
The nose is rich and floral, with clear rose notes and subtle citrus and spice hints. On the palate it shows balance between juniper freshness, rose petal aroma and a light spicy touch that persists in the finish.
