Gin J. Rose Claudia Specchio is produced in small batches. On the nose it shows freshness and depth, with juniper wrapped in rose and other delicate floral notes. On the palate the floral freshness evolves into a spicy coriander heart with a slightly citrus touch that cleanses the palate, leaving a persistent, pleasantly aromatic finish. It can be sipped neat or used as the base for sophisticated cocktails, and is served in a suitable glass with a twist of lemon or orange peel.
