Gin Jin Jiji Darjeeling India Dry (70cl)

A dry gin named after the Darjeeling region, known for its tea. It is infused with local herbs and spices, including Darjeeling tea, giving a distinctive aromatic profile and a slightly tannic finish. On the nose there are juniper, light black tea notes and citrus, with aromatic spices underneath. On the palate it is soft, with layers of citrus, herbs and a delicate bitterness reminiscent of Darjeeling tea, ending long and pleasantly spicy with pepper, cardamom and a menthol freshness. It works well in cocktails, particularly a Martini, or served with tonic and a twist of lemon or lime.
