A gin distilled in San Francisco, named after juniper. It is made by artisanal distillation with a selection of more than ten herbs and spices. The nose offers pure juniper, citrus and exotic spice. The palate confirms juniper, with coriander, cassia and a slightly peppery finish. At 49.3% vol, it is robust and suited to drinking neat, with ice, or in cocktails such as a Martini or gin and tonic.
