Gin Kapriol (70cl)

Gin Kapriol is an Italian gin distilled by Bosco Liquori in the forests of Veneto. It is made with selected botanicals, including rare dwarf pine bud, which gives it a mountain character and unexpected freshness. Each botanical is macerated separately before distillation in copper stills. On the nose it is fresh and complex, with juniper, citrus and alpine herbs. On the palate it is balanced and soft, with a lively entry and a long, aromatic finish. It can be sipped neat, on the rocks or used in cocktails such as a Gin and Tonic or Negroni.
