Gin Marconi 44 Agrumato (70cl, 44%)

A gin from Poli, distilled using the batch pot technique and bottled at 44% vol in a 70cl bottle. It combines juniper, coriander and an infusion of citrus peels macerated in alcohol. Poli was founded in 1898 in Veneto. The gin is dedicated to Guglielmo Marconi. On the nose it offers fresh juniper followed by lemon, orange and a touch of lime. On the palate it is elegant and soft, balancing citrus freshness with juniper spice, ending in a long aromatic finish. It suits a classic gin and tonic with lemon or orange, or sophisticated cocktails needing a distinct, refreshing aromatic profile.
