A Spanish gin produced by the Giro family, inspired by the Mediterranean. It is made with five main botanicals: Italian basil, Greek thyme, Turkish rosemary, Spanish citrus and Catalan olives.
Distillation takes place in a copper pot still made specifically for this process. The spirit is clear and crystalline, with vegetal aromas of moss, fresh tomato leaf and resins, pine needles and Mediterranean scrub, plus rosemary and baked black olives with orange peel.
