Gin Mare (1L)

A gin produced in Spain, distinguished by Mediterranean botanicals. It uses Arbequina olive, thyme, basil and rosemary, with each botanical distilled separately before blending. The result is clear, with a balanced nose of herbal notes and a light citrus pungency. On the palate it shows complexity, from fresh olive to basil, balanced by rosemary sweetness and thyme freshness. It has a persistent finish. It can be served with tonic and an orange slice or used as a base for cocktails, and suits an aperitif or celebratory occasion.
