Gin N.3 is a London dry gin distilled at Berry Bros. & Rudd in London. Its name comes from the cellar address, No. 3 St James's Street. It is made with only three fruits and three botanicals: juniper berries, orange and lemon peel, angelica, coriander root and cardamom.
Distillation takes place in small batches. On the palate it is firm and clean, with juniper leading, fresh citrus notes and spicy touches from coriander and cardamom. It can be served neat or used in cocktails such as a Martini or Gin and Tonic.
