Gin Nouaison Reserve (70cl)

A gin from the French wine region, produced by G'Vine using Ugni Blanc grapes from Cognac. Distilled in copper stills, it has a velvety texture. This Reserve version is briefly aged in casks that previously held wine, intensifying its aromatic character without overpowering the botanical freshness. Botanicals include juniper, cardamom, coriander and vine flower. The palate opens with citrus and spice, moves to a warmer spiced centre, and finishes long and soft with fruity notes and a subtle woody influence. Best enjoyed neat, on the rocks or in sophisticated cocktails. Presented in a case.
