Gin Sabatini Villa Ugo (1L)

A gin from Sabatini, made in limited quantities with nine local Tuscan botanicals: juniper, coriander, iris, wild fennel, lavender, olive, thyme, verbena and sage, grown at the Ugo Sabatini estate in Tuscany. It has fresh, balsamic aromas and a surprisingly complex palate with herbal, floral and citrus notes, and a clean, persistently aromatic finish. It suits a classic gin and tonic or more elaborate cocktails.
