Gin Saffron By Boudier Gabriel (70cl)

A gin from the French distillery Gabriel Boudier, made with saffron and botanicals including juniper, coriander, lemon, orange and angelica. The saffron gives it an intense yellow-orange colour and a recognisable spicy aroma. The botanicals are infused following a traditional Persian recipe. On the nose it shows spicy and balsamic notes, gaining complexity as it coats the mouth. It can be enjoyed neat or in cocktails such as a Saffron Gin Tonic or a spiced Martini.
