Gin Saint Aubin (70cl)

A gin produced on the island of Mauritius by Saint Aubin, named after the historic sugar cane plantation where rum was originally made. It is distilled using juniper berries, coriander, angelica root and exotic spices from the island. In the glass it is crystal clear. On the nose it shows lively juniper and citrus notes with a gently spicy background. On the palate it is smooth and well balanced, with a sweet aromatic entry and a persistent, slightly peppery finish.
