Gin Sharish Blue Magic (50cl)

A gin distilled in Alentejo by the Portuguese distillery Sharish, notable for changing colour when mixed with tonic. Botanicals include juniper berries, strawberry, cardamom and eucalyptus leaves, with Clitoria ternatea giving the initial blue colour and turning pink with acids such as lemon juice or tonic. The aroma is fresh and floral, while the palate has delicate sweetness balanced by earthy and spicy notes, ending clean and persistent.
