Gin Sipsmith London Dry (70cl)

A London dry gin from Sipsmith, distilled in small batches in copper stills using ten botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica root, pepper berries, Florentine iris and Spanish lemons. It follows traditional distillation methods. Visually clear and crystal bright, it has a clean aromatic profile with vibrant juniper and an elegant balance of herbs and citrus. On the nose there are fresh, pungent juniper notes, followed by a subtle citrus and spice finish. On the palate it is very smooth, with a sweet entry that quickly becomes a juniper burst and a long, dry finish. It works in a classic gin and tonic with lemon or lime, and in cocktails such as the Martini or Negroni.
