Gin St. George (70cl)

A Californian gin from St. George, distilled in small batches from superior grain spirit with selected botanicals. Juniper berries give a fresh, slightly pungent character, supported by coriander, citrus, cinnamon and cardamom. The production follows traditional methods with attention to innovation and sustainability. On the palate it is soft yet energetic, with a long, balanced finish. It suits refined cocktails such as a martini or gin and tonic, and can also be enjoyed neat.
