Gin The Barmaster Maschio (70cl)

Gin The Barmaster is an Italian gin from the Maschio distillery in Veneto, made with hand-picked wild juniper berries from the Venetian Prealps and a selected mix of aromatic herbs including coriander, angelica and cassia. Distillation takes place in a copper pot still. The nose combines juniper with the other botanicals, while the palate is balanced and soft, with a sweet and slightly spicy character. It works well in refined cocktails such as a Gin & Tonic and is also enjoyable served chilled on its own.
