Gin Vallombrosa is an Italian gin inspired by the flora around the Vallombrosa abbey, combining wild juniper berries, bay leaves, gentian roots and a secret selection of local herbs. Distilled in small batches, it has a complex aromatic bouquet where juniper meets balsamic and light citrus notes. The palate is smooth and soft, with a slightly spicy, persistent finish.
