Gin Zanin Trilogin London Dry (70cl, 40%)

A London dry gin from the Zanin distillery, founded in 1895, made using a triple distillation process. Botanicals include juniper, coriander, angelica root and citrus. The nose opens with pungent juniper, followed by citrus and a light herbal note. On the palate it is balanced, with enveloping juniper integrated with citrus and spicy nuances, ending long and pleasantly dry. Bottled at 40% vol, it can be enjoyed neat, over ice or in classic cocktails such as Martini or Gin and Tonic.
