Chakra Rosato is an IGT Valle d'Itria Verdeca rosé from Giovanni Aiello. It combines the freshness typical of Verdeca with a delicate colour extraction that gives the wine pink hues.
The nose offers lively aromas of fresh red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, with light floral touches reminiscent of rose and peony. On the palate the acidity is well balanced, with pleasant freshness, a light structure and a delicate, lingering taste.
It is suited to light dishes such as summer salads, grilled fish or vegetable starters.
