An unpeated Breton single malt from a distillery in Côtes-d'Armor, matured in bourbon casks and bottled at 46% ABV. The name is Breton for 'by the sea'. The barley is the old Maris Otter variety. Distillation takes place in two small onion-shaped stills, and coil condensers add some thickness to the texture on the palate. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring, so the pale gold colour is natural.
