Glasgow 1770 Triple Distilled Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 46%)

Glasgow 1770 Triple Distilled is a single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 46% abv in a 70cl bottle. It is made from concerto malted barley and water from Loch Katrine, fermented for over 72 hours and distilled three times in copper pot stills. The third distillation removes the heavier, oilier compounds, leaving a light, fruity and bright spirit. It matured in a combination of ex-bourbon casks and virgin American oak casks, which were married before bottling. The whisky is non-chill filtered and naturally coloured. It is well balanced and vibrant, with notes of shortbread, coconut, honey and double cream, and a warming woody spice.
