This is a single cask Bruichladdich from Islay, bottled by Gleann Mór Spirits as part of the Rare Find range. It was distilled in 2006 and matured for 16 years in a bourbon hogshead before bottling in 2022. It is bottled at a cask strength of 58.6% in a 70cl bottle, with natural colour and no chill filtration.
The nose is golden syrup, apples and dried pears with freshly polished wood. The palate brings zesty oranges, mango, raisins, sultanas and earthy spices. The finish is citrus sweetness with spicy clove.
