This is an 8 year old single cask Clynelish from Gleann Mór Spirits, part of the Rare Find range. It was distilled in 2017 and fully matured in a refill sherry hogshead before bottling in 2026 at a cask strength of 61%. The colour is natural and it is not chill-filtered. The outturn is 305 bottles of 70cl.
The nose brings Victoria sponge with thick buttercream, berry compote, bourbon biscuits and burnt toffee. On the palate, sugar-dusted red and black berries sit with chocolate-dipped strawberries and a little white pepper. The finish lingers on sweet fruit and delicate cask spice.
