Gleann Mór Rare Find Dailuaine 16 Year Old (70cl, 55.9%)

This is a 16-year-old Dailuaine single malt from Speyside, released by Gleann Mór Spirits in its Rare Find range. It was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2025 at a cask strength of 55.9%, in a 70cl bottle. The whisky matured in a first fill barrel and was then finished in a Foursquare Rum cask, the first time Rare Find has worked with the Barbadian distillery. Only 213 bottles were filled, with natural colour and without chill filtration. Vanilla, citrus and crème fraîche mark the nose. The palate is juicy, with crème brûlée, orange, apple and candied ginger, and the slightly savoury finish ends on unsalted peanuts.
