An 11 year old Inchmurrin single malt, distilled at Loch Lomond Distillery and bottled by Gleann Mór Spirits in its Rare Find range of single casks. It was distilled in 2014, matured in a second fill sherry hogshead and bottled in 2026 at a cask strength of 57.7% ABV, with natural colour and without chill filtration. The outturn is 163 bottles.
The nose opens with soft vanilla and warm caramel, with subtle grassy notes and a touch of white pepper. The palate is rich and mouthcoating, with caramel cups, pear drops and pastry cases, and gentle spice through a velvety texture. The finish is soft, with vanilla cupcake and well-integrated spice.
