Glen Flagler 8 Year Old is an official bottling of Lowland single malt, at 40% in a 75cl bottle. It was matured in oak casks.
The Glen Flagler distillery stood within the Moffat complex and produced spirit only between 1964 and 1985, closing in the latter year.
The nose is light and fresh, with green grass, malty sweetness and a hint of lemon and hay. The palate is soft and delicate, with vanilla, grain and light fruit. The finish is short to medium, clean and dry, with a touch of spice.
