This Glen Garioch is a 12 year old single malt from The First Edition series, bottled at 57.4% in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2023 from a single sherry butt, which gave 660 bottles.
The nose is sweet and fruity, with ripe plums dipped in heather honey. The palate offers malt with a hint of hazelnut, milk chocolate and green apple. The finish is long, with sherry notes and tannins from the oak.
