This is an 8-year-old Glen Garioch single malt from the Highlands, in a 75.7cl bottle. It was bottled in the late 1970s by Stanley P. Morrison.
The nose combines citrus zest, green apple and ripe pear with vanilla, heather, light spice and soft oak. On the palate, honey and orchard fruits come with vanilla and almond in a smooth, slightly creamy texture. The finish is moderate, with sweet oak and a touch of spice.
