Glen Grant 1965 is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Gordon & MacPhail Private Collection, selected by the company's directors. It was distilled in 1965 and matured for 54 years, and is bottled at 47.4% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose offers ripe apples, clementines and oranges, with nutmeg, cinnamon and hints of polished oak. The palate is creamy and smooth, with candied orange sweetness, tonka bean, rich oak tannins, floral rose and a cooling eucalyptus undertone.
The finish is long and harmonious, with sweet white pepper and herbal eucalyptus.
