This is a single malt from Glen Grant, bottled independently by Cadenhead's as a small batch of 198 bottles. It was distilled in 1992, matured in a bourbon barrel and bottled in 2016 at 23 years old and 51.1%, in a 70cl bottle. The bottling marks 10 years of The Nectar.
The nose offers vanilla and peach, floral aromas, a little black pepper and clotted cream. On the palate come vanilla custard, dried banana, marzipan and shortbread. The finish returns to vanilla, with fresh citrus.
