Glen Grant – 21 Year Old Scotch Whisky (75cl, 46%)

Glen Grant 21 Year Old is a Speyside single malt from the distillery's Principal Collection, hand-selected by Master Blender Dennis Malcolm and bottled at 46% in a 75cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. The whisky was matured for a minimum of 21 years in the distillery's oldest traditional stone dunnage warehouses, in a combination of ex-Oloroso sherry casks and bourbon barrels. Each cask was hand-picked and the whisky married in small batches. Ripe peaches, toffee and raisins show on the nose. The palate offers rich tropical fruits and creamy butter, and the long finish recalls caramelised crème brûlée.
