This is a 23-year-old Glen Grant from Speyside, selected by the Wu Dram Clan and bottled by Signatory Vintage as number 4 in the Cask Strength Collection. It was distilled on 25 January 2000 and bottled on 3 October 2023 at 57.3% ABV.
The whisky matured in a first fill sherry butt, cask number 4, which gave it a traditional, musty character alongside rustic, nutty notes. The cask yielded 693 bottles, filled in 70cl bottles without added colour and without chill-filtration.
