This is a 29 year old Glen Grant from Speyside, distilled in 1994 and bottled by Old & Rare at a natural cask strength of 55.1%. It was matured in a refill barrel, and 207 bottles were filled. It is non-chill-filtered and comes in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is sweet and fruity, with pears, mango, vanilla, honey and some cereal. On the palate, creamy vanilla and honey meet green apple, peach, ginger, oak, walnuts and pastry. The finish is of medium length, fruity, creamy and vanilla.
