This is a 46 year old Glen Grant single malt, bottled by Berry Bros & Rudd. It was matured in an old style sherry cask.
The nose is led by intense sherry, with sweetness, apricot, plum, a little cinnamon and delicate sherry notes. The palate brings blood orange, fruitcake, oak and subtle winter spices, with some dark chocolate and dried fruit. The finish is very long, velvety and soft, yet full-bodied.
