A 50-year-old Glen Grant, a Speyside single malt bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. It comes from the Rare & Exclusive series and was released in the late Noughties or early 2010s.
The casks are believed to have come from Gordon & MacPhail's own stock of first-fill sherry butts and hogsheads.
The whisky is described as showing deep notes of antique hardwoods, resin, dark chocolate, mulling spices and stewed fruits.
