This is a 15 year old Glen Grant single malt at 50%, the second release in the Glen Grant Chronicles series. It was made for duty free airport sales and bottled in a one litre bottle.
The whisky was distilled in 2004 and matured in first fill bourbon casks before bottling in 2019. It is non-chill-filtered.
The nose is fruity, with pear, orange and mandarin alongside vanilla and toffee. The palate has a creamy body with pear, vanilla and other fruit, spicy and forceful. The finish is fruity with a fine sweetness and a spicy edge.
