A 22 year old Glen Keith from Signatory Vintage, in a 70cl bottle at 55.3% abv. It was distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2019, and matured in a hogshead. The spirit was made before the distillery's temporary closure, which lasted from 1999 to 2013.
Malt and apple show on the nose. The palate brings toast, pastry and fresh ginger, and the finish carries cake, croissant and cinnamon.
