A 21-year-old Speyside single malt from Glen Keith, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in its Connoisseurs Choice range. It was distilled in 1998 and bottled in 2019 from a single refill American hogshead, at a cask strength of 56.9% ABV. In all, 212 bottles were filled, with no added colour and no chill-filtration.
On the nose it shows ripe fruit, honey, vanilla and fine spice, with a restrained oak note. The palate is powerful yet balanced, with caramel, citrus, dried fruit and creamy malt, followed by a long, complex finish.
