This is a 25 year old single cask Glen Keith from Douglas Laing's Xtra Old Particular series, bottled at a cask strength of 50.5% in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in August 1996 and bottled in February 2022, and it comes from a refill butt that yielded 423 bottles. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose is of sweet orchard fruit, buttery pastry and vanilla custard. On the palate come pineapple, nectarine and coconut with a touch of spice. The finish carries juicy barley, apple peel and creamy porridge.
