Glen Keith – 30 Year Old 1993 Single Cask Old Malt Cask (70cl, 50%)

This Glen Keith is a 30 year old single cask malt, distilled in 1993 and bottled in 2023 at 50% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It comes from Hunter Laing's Old Malt Cask series and is limited to 151 bottles. Hunter Laing is a family company that has made its name with single cask bottlings. Its master blender, with a tasting panel, chooses a few casks each month that are at their peak. The nose offers yellow apples and lemon mousse with ginger. The palate brings barley sugar, apple blossom and a touch of nutmeg, and the finish is long and sweet with gentle oak tannin.
