This is a 25 year old Glen Mhor single malt, bottled by Campbell & Clark in a 70cl bottle at 45% ABV. Only 1926 bottles were filled. Glen Mhor is a distillery that has long been closed and has since been demolished.
The tasting notes begin with fresh orange zest, dried apricots and ripe cherries, with cloves, a hint of rosemary and warmth from aged oak. The palate is red fruit jam and creamy papaya, with sweet spice, toasted almonds and a silky texture. The finish is medium in length, with lingering tannins and spicy ginger.
