A Glen Moray single malt from Speyside, aged 10 years and from 2013, bottled by Blackadder in its Raw Cask range. It comes from a single bourbon hogshead that produced 334 bottles, in a 70cl bottle.
Blackadder is a family-owned independent bottler, founded in 1995 by Robin Tucek and now run with his son Michael and daughter Hannah. The company is known for leaving its whisky unfiltered, so a bottle may carry some cask sediment.
Glen Moray is regarded as a soft, fruity malt, which suits American oak well.
