This is an 11 year old Glen Moray single malt, distilled in 2007 and bottled by Murray McDavid at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured in a bourbon hogshead and then finished in bourbon barrels.
The nose is set honey, buttery toast and creamy vanilla. On the palate there is granola and yoghurt with dried tropical fruit, and the finish brings honeyed sweetness, lemon and oak spice.
