This is a limited edition Speyside single malt from Glen Moray, made to celebrate the distillery's 100th anniversary. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
It was made from four casks of Glen Moray, one each from the vintage years between 1976 and 1979. The whisky matured in ex-bourbon oak casks until 1987, then moved into port wood casks from the Douro valley in Portugal.
The port wood gives the whisky a ruby blush.
