Glen Ord 1973 23 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Highlands, distilled in 1973 and bottled in 1997 as part of Diageo's Rare Malts Selection. It is bottled at a cask strength of 59.8% ABV in a 75cl bottle. The nose offers ripe pear, dried apricot and blackberry. The palate brings toffee, apple pie spice and toasted almonds, and the finish is caramelised sugar and baking spice. The carton shows light weathering.
